You should have a fixtures list (and in some packs an extra one for the venue), a guide to receiving contact numbers for other teams, a quick check on Captain's responsibilities, a list of things you need to know and a transfer form.
Cup draws will be appearing on the website and at your venues shortly.

Q: Why do I have to text a word before my team's points are included?
A: Because this confirms your mobile number (which prevents communication problems later on).
Q: We always turn up for our games, why do we need to be contacted?
A: In case the pool table fails at the away venue, or there's a power cut, or a traffic accident or the team you're playing pulls out of the league. We need to be able to contact you at short notice so no confirmed contact number means no points in the league tables.
Q: What if I can't be bothered to text the word? We'll still turn up to play our matches.
A: No worries, you just won't get any points for the entire season, no matter how well you do.
Q: OK I'll wait until the last week before the end of the season and then send the text.
A: Good luck with that one. If text's aren't received within the first two weeks, then you'll end up pointless all season.
